AWDORG Foundation follows a transparent donation process. Donations made towards our initiatives are generally non-refundable, as they are utilized for charitable purposes.

In case of an error in donation amount, transaction, or any other parameter, the donor must notify us within 3 working days by emailing info@anythingwilldo.org .

The refund request email must include:

• Subject: Refund Request
• Date of Donation
• Amount Donated
• Project Name
• Mode of Donation (Transaction Details)
• Screenshot (in case of failed or incorrect transaction)

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of donation.

Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days, depending on confirmation from payment gateways, banks, or other financial institutions. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate transaction
• Incorrect donation amount
• Technical/payment errors

No refund or cancellation request will be accepted once the donation is successfully processed, except in cases of verified errors or fraud reported by payment gateway providers.

Donors must provide accurate and complete information at the time of donation. AWDORG Foundation reserves the right to verify the details provided and may reject any donation if the information is found to be incorrect or misleading.

For recurring donation programs, donors may request cancellation by contacting us via email. The request will be processed on a best-effort basis before the next billing cycle.

Tax exemption certificates under Section 80G are available for Indian donors. Certificates will be sent to the registered email and postal address. If not received within 45 days, donors may contact us for assistance.

AWDORG Foundation maintains complete transparency in the utilization of donations. Donors may request details of fund utilization by contacting our accounts team.
